Mandaue Foam All Out August Sale!

When Mon and I first found out we're pregnant with Lex, one of the first things we bought for the baby is a chest of drawers. Our first stop is, of course, the department store. We looked through each and every chest, assessed the quality of the material used and most importantly, checked if the prices are within our budget. There's one chest we really liked, but it's priced at more than 10k! For some reason, we just can't make ourselves spend more than 10k for a wooden chest. 

Enter Mandaue Foam. I first heard of Mandaue Foam through one of the blogs I follow. I read that they sell quality but affordable furniture there. I checked if they have a showroom within or near Quezon City and lo and behold, there's one in Quezon Avenue! Perfect!

To cut the story short, we finally got to buy a wooden chest for the baby at a very reasonable price. How reasonable you ask? Less than half the price of the chest we saw at the department store! And you know what else? The chest we got at Mandaue Foam and the chest we saw at the department store looks EXACTLY the same! No kidding!

Last weekend, Mon and I were searching for the perfect table, which is supposed to serve as our blogging and gaming table. We did not bother going to the department store this time since we know that whatever price the department store can offer, Mandaue Foam can beat in a sec. I set the budget at 2k for a table. 

Imagine our surprise when we got to Mandaue Foam and saw this:

I started palpitating. Haha! Kidding.

So again, to cut the story short, we were able to buy not only a table but also a chair to go with it! You know why? Because the table we got cost us only 805 bucks! We had spare budget for a chair and so we got one too! Total wallet damage: 1,925 only.
